I'd love to grab Eberle but there's no way we part with Barkov, Bjugstad, or Gudbranson. We have a ton of prospects they can have, though. Howden, Trocheck, Weegar, McCoshen..... plus they can have Fleischman to give them a top 6 veteran.

Why not just do Myers for Eberle?

Oilers are lacking one thing. A top pair pillar dman. If Eberle is trade anywhere it will be for that. Not Emelin or Tinordi....

It sounds to me that The Oilers and Sabres almost have to, or want to, trade Eberle and Myers. If that is the case, you aren't going to be getting a kings' ransom for either guy. You'll get a nice return but whomever is trading for them isn't dissecting their roster because you guys need to make a change.

I can't speak for the Sabrss but the Oilers don't need to trade Eberle at all. Unless we're getting a top pair D-Man in return we will likely just work with what we have.
